This evening at 1917 hours, Station 53 was alerted for Engine 53-2 on the 1st Alarm Assignment for a structure fire in Jackson Township assisting Station 11 (Nashville.)

On Saturday both Engines with 10 members attended a rural water supply drill hosted by Station 11 (Nashville) along with numerous surrounding companies.

This afternoon at 1550 hours, Station 53 along with the rest of the 1st Alarm Assignment were alerted for a residential structure fire on Hilltop Drive in Heidelberg Township, Box 53-10.

Just before midnight Wednesday, at 11:55 p.m., box 52-05 was struck for what was initially reported by a police officer out on patrol to be a woods fire in the area of Grand Valley Road and Westminster Road. The officer followed the column of fire down Impounding Dam Road, discovering the fire to be a fully-involved house fire.
